Women World Pool Cup 2007 in Seoul/Korea

After the early failure at the World Championships, Jasmin Ouschan answered with a successful finish at the Women World Pool Cup in Seoul/Korea. This invitational tournament, where only 8 players got top play, was held in a special TV Arena in the middle of an event centre.

With victories over the Korean players Eun Ji Park and Yuam Cha and the American Pros Tiffany Nelson and Monica Webb, Ouschan managed to win this tournament with no defeat.

“Of course you can’t compare this tournament with the World Championhips, but it was very important for me to pep up my self-confidence after the bad result at the WC. All in all it was a good tournament and my trainer and me are more confident for the next Pro Events in the USA now”.
